The four dishes of ice cream and box of cigars on the table signify the conclusion of the meal, but this family will linger over their Mountain Lake panorama. This is the Verandah of the original club house about 1917. The Mountain Lakes Club was the center of social life in those days. It burned down on New Years eve, 1928 and was replaced by the current building
