Our aim is to teach and nurture the lifelong enjoyment of sailing.  The atmosphere is informal and family oriented. Our clubhouse is the "Gazebo," and our waters are Mountain Lake.

Did you know?

Mountain Lakes High School now has an after school Sailing Club. Sailors leave Mountain Lakes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and travel to Perth Amboy where they learn to race from 4 to 6pm. The boats used are two-person FJ’s and the program cost is $200 a semester. Email jackiebay@optonline.net for more information.

Thank you to the Town Club of Mountain Lakes

The MLSA thanks the Town Club of Mountain Lakes for their generous grant to the sailing program.

"Now then, said Christopher Robin, "Where's your boat?" "I ought to say," explained Pooh as they walked down to the shore of the island, "that it isn't an ordinary boat. Sometimes it's a Boat, and sometimes it's more of an Accident, It all depends," "Depends on what?" "On whether I'm on the top of it or underneath it." - Winnie-The-Pooh by A. A. Milne.
