Members Present : Cathy Harvey, Tom Carr, John Horan, Corey Nachshen, Margaret Gossett Charles Gormally

Members Absent: Todd Terhune, Khizar Sheikh, and Jackie Bay, Bill Albergo

Sustainable New Jersey: N/A

Cove Park Project: J.S.L. Greentree will be the landscape consultant/architect for the project. The team will find an expert in shoreline restoration to ensure the proper removal of Japanese Barberry before site preparation.

Aquifer Quality Monitoring of Contaminated Sites: The consulting report for the Hess remediation project will be reviewed by Corey and Todd to determine if action should be taken.

Well Head Protection Ordinance: John will work on this activity.

Succession Planning: Cathy will be stepping down as chair and will be living in Arizona during the winter months. Cathy will stay on as a commissioner. Corey has agreed to chair the commission. Most members will stay on the commission.

ERI - Corey is working with Andy to put the ERI on the borough website. They are trying to figure out how to add a disclaimer to the main page. Corey is struggling to find volunteers to write remaining chapters. He would like all the sections completed by June, 2011.

• Drinking water and monitor usage
• Invasive plants on residential properties
• Canada Geese monitoring
• Hess and Gulf clean up monitoring

Council Report: Council is pleased with the progress being made on the Cove Park Restoration project.
