< Discussion of Committee contact info.

< Presentation of Manager’s information.

The retaining wall at Birchwood will be worked on in the Fall.

The boards are going in by March 15 to be ready for swim season.

Pier heights will be lowered for the beginning of swim season.

< Discussion of the soil analysis outline created by Jaro Mesicek. Conclusion that soil tests would be interesting but not conclusive or actionable.

< Discussion of Wildwood lake level. We don’t have a good historic perspective. Discussion of other contributions to the poor results at Wildwood last year. General treatment level double that of other lakes. Discussion of goose control. Ask the Manager to check the spillway board history in 2007 to get perspective on lake level.

< Discussion of Lakes Management issues in the schools. Excellent beginning by Debra Dewing. After discussion of alternatives, Committee will await suggestions from schools.

< Discussion of the current algae in the lakes, cold weather vs. warm weather species, possible treatment needs.
