4Discussion of Centennial project for the Cove.

4 Discussion of issues with Canal and other current projects. Committee asked about the organic debris and material left by

4 Manager discussed lowering of lake levels.

4Discussion of process for RFP for Lakes Management. Manager would like Committee input.

4DPW Director: Discussion of the dams and the frame for the new board system at Mountain Lake dam. Coffer dam will be left in place until the system is shown to work properly. Discussion of rain event and impact on projects.

Allied Biological:

4Discussion of Allied Biological 2010 Year-End Report.

Ô Climate and precipitation data. Warmest Spring on record, second warmest July. 2010 much lower rainfall each month (after very wet Winter) than 2009 until the end of September. Limited flush and high temperatures lead to increased algae potential.

Ô Individual lakes results. Context, comparisons year to year. Discussion of products used and species affected.

Ô Discussion of broad results such as total phosphorus, fecal coliform testing, etc.

Ô 2011 Lake Management Recommendations.
