Effective August 29, 2022, the Mountain Lakes Police Department is proud to announce the deployment of body-worn cameras (BWC) in compliance with Attorney General Guideline(s) 2015-1 and 2022-1. Patrol Officers will be equipped with body-worn cameras that will be activated according to State Attorney General guidelines. One of the goals in the implementation of a body-worn camera policy is to further improve the transparency, accountability, and quality of its interactions with the public.
