Administrative Assistant / Utility Billing Clerk
The Borough of Mountain Lakes is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant / Utility Billing Clerk for a position in the Department of Public Works. Duties include, but are not limited to, general clerical work, report preparation, purchasing, scheduling and handling citizen inquiries. Additional responsibilities involve quarterly billing for the water and sewer utilities.
Applicants must be detailed-oriented, well organized, able to multitask, and be able to work independently. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are necessary. The desire and ability to learn additional computer programs is essential.
