The Borough is at the start of the evaluation process for the potential rezoning of the King of Kings Backlands Lot in a manner that would encourage responsible and economically feasible development consistent with the Borough’s Goals and Objectives. The planning for this eventuality began back in 1915 and was formalized with the adoption of the Borough’s first Master Plan in 1963.
The purpose of this section is to highlight the topics that need to be researched, documented and discussed prior to the Borough Council formulating a recommendation.
