The Morris Regional Public Health Partnership – Community Health Assessment

The Morris Regional Public Health Partnership (MRPHP) is conducting an assessment as a requirement of the NJ Public Health Practice Standards. The survey takes less than 15 minutes and allows residents to tell MRPHP about things in their community that affect health and ideas for improving health. The results of this survey and other data will be used to drive strategic planning initiatives for Health Departments across the county for the next five years.
