Requests for Use of Facilities
Individuals wishing to reserve a field or other Recreation facility must apply for use via email (recreation@mtnlakes.org) to the Recreation Director.
It is the policy of the Recreation Commission to prioritize facility requests as follows:
- Recreation Commission-sponsored activities, events or sports
- School-sponsored activities, events or sports
- Other community activities, events or sports.
Although every effort will be made to accommodate the needs of community organizations, it may be necessary on occasion to rescind permission to use a facility regardless of when the facilities request form was submitted if that facility is needed for a school or recreation-sponsored activity.
The Recreation Commission further reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee for use of its facilities.
Alcohol use is prohibited.
